About Us

We would like to inform you that in our restaurant we exclusively use olive oil produced from the same olive trees that have belonged to our family for 140 years. The tradition and care we devote to the cultivation of olive trees ensure the high quality of the olive oil we use in our culinary creations. In addition, we are proud to preserve in our restaurant the old traditional Millstones (Karagioza) that were used to grind the olives.
